We want to make sure you’re 100%  satisfied with your purchase and we would love to return or exchange merchandise that doesn’t work for you. 

 

Kujila offers the following return options:

Refund	The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. *Return shipping fees will be calculated after the return request is completed.	Refund to your original payment method
Store Credit	Free return shipping	An online gift card will be issued to your order email

All sales/discounted items are not eligible for return/refund/exchange/store credit.

Accessories are not eligible for return and exchange.

 

Please check the following for our return & exchange requirements.

• All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
• All returned merchandise must have not been used, altered, damaged, or washed, and returned in its original packaging for return or exchange.
• Merchandise damaged due to manufacturer’s defect may be eligible for replacement. Please see Kujila’s Warranty Policy.   

 

Return Instructions

Please fill out the return form (download here) and send it to info@kujilalife.com. Once your request is approved we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Please securely pack and seal the merchandise, and drop off the package at any USPS offices. Please allow us 1-2 billing cycles to process your return.

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

All shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy.

Kujila does not accept returns or exchange on purchased items outside of kujilalife.com.

Kujila does not price match with items purchased outside of kujilalife.com, including dealers and competitors.
