Please allow 2-3 business days on processing the order. For free shipping, you'll receive your order in 7-10 business days with free shipping. For premium shipping, you’ll receive your order within 4-6 business days. Please note that we don't currently offer an overnight or two-day shipping option.
Our shipping methods are determined by type of item. Smaller items tend to ship with FedEx, and most furniture ships with full-service In-Home Delivery, which includes placement in your room of choice, assembly and removal of all packaging. Your cart will reflect the delivery options for your order.
We currently ship to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Unfortunately no, we currently only ship to selected locations in Canada and do not ship outside the US/Canada.
If you don’t like your orders within 30 days of the purchase date, please send us an email at info@kujilalife.com. We’ll then walk you through the return process and provide you with return labels for the return. We can also schedule a pickup via UPS.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment within 2 weeks of the completion of Kujila’s’s return process. This process may take several weeks to complete.
We are sorry that you received defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us at info@kujilalife.com with your order number, contact information and photos documenting possible damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim has been resolved. If your replacement item is in backorder or out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you on a refund.
